Is this a SIL-only product or a Core + SIL product?
It is a SIL-focused product that includes the supporting Core Module system as well as the dedicated SIL layer. SIL operations rely on broader governance, safeguarding, workforce, incident, risk and service-delivery controls, so the pack brings those pieces together rather than treating SIL in isolation.
What do the 193 and 212 counts mean?
The pack contains 193 provider-controllable Core + SIL compliance and implementation resources. The complete customer delivery contains 212 files in total once the 19 supporting navigation, implementation, training and example files are included.
Are the documents editable?
Yes. Word and Excel formats are used where appropriate so your organisation can review and customise the resources to reflect your entity, workforce, SIL homes, participants, services, risks and operating arrangements.
How do I receive the pack after purchase?
This is a digital product with instant access after successful checkout. You receive the organised customer delivery so you can begin reviewing and adapting the resources straight away.
Can I use the pack across more than one SIL home?
The internal-use licence allows the purchasing organisation to use and adapt the supplied resources across its own operations. Home-specific and participant-specific documents should still be completed and customised for the relevant property, participant and service arrangement. The resources cannot be resold, redistributed or repackaged for another organisation.
Does the pack include completed documents personalised to my organisation?
No. The pack provides the documentation and implementation system, but your organisation remains responsible for reviewing, completing and implementing the resources so they accurately reflect how your service operates.
Does buying the pack register my organisation?
No. This is a self-serve documentation and implementation product. It does not lodge an application, appoint an auditor, complete a certification audit or guarantee a registration outcome.
What is the 48-hour audit-feedback guarantee?
For 12 months from purchase, if eligible written feedback from an Approved Quality Auditor identifies a genuine Standards-alignment issue in a supplied resource, Sky Staff will review the affected document and, where an eligible amendment is required under the guarantee terms, return the updated resource within the stated review target.
Does the pack replace professional advice or an auditor?
No. The resources are practical compliance and implementation tools, not legal advice and not a substitute for provider-specific professional advice, your Approved Quality Auditor or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Can my team use the documents internally?
Yes. The pack is designed for internal organisational use, so relevant staff can work with the resources as part of your provider systems, implementation and audit preparation. The licence does not permit external resale or redistribution.
What if I need hands-on help with registration or audit preparation?
The $297 pack is self-serve. If you need provider-specific support with SIL registration, implementation, certification preparation or audit readiness, Sky Staff also provides paid consulting services as a separate engagement.

Who is this best suited to?
NDIS providers delivering or preparing to deliver supported independent living who want a focused SIL documentation and implementation system rather than building policies, forms, registers and home-level tools one file at a time.
Does the website library match the folder structure I actually receive?
Yes. The library now mirrors the 11-folder customer delivery structure, from 00 START HERE through to 10 Training, Activities & Completed Examples. The folder counts shown on the page relate to the complete 212-file customer delivery.
What are the 11 folders in the customer delivery?
The delivery is organised into START HERE, Core Rights & Responsibilities, Core Governance & Operational Management, Core Provision of Supports, Core Provision of Supports Environment, SIL Housing & Household Arrangements, Workforce & Practice Governance, Registers & Implementation Evidence, Audit Registration & Self-Assessment, Conditional Resources, and Training Activities & Completed Examples.
Are the conditional resources included in the $297 pack?
Yes. The customer delivery includes a Conditional Resources folder. These resources are designed to be reviewed and used only where the relevant service, risk, participant need or operational circumstance applies to your organisation.
Does the pack cover the SIL Practice Standards?
The pack includes dedicated SIL implementation, self-assessment and evidence-mapping resources designed to help providers work through the SIL Practice Standards alongside the broader Core controls that support SIL delivery. You still need to customise and implement the resources for your organisation.
Can I use these documents as evidence for my certification audit?
Once reviewed, customised and genuinely implemented, relevant documents may form part of your organisation's audit evidence. The pack does not make a document automatically sufficient evidence, and your Approved Quality Auditor determines whether your systems and implementation satisfy the applicable requirements.
What if my organisation already has some NDIS policies and procedures?
You do not need to discard working systems. Many providers use the pack to compare what they already have, identify gaps, strengthen SIL-specific documentation and consolidate scattered forms, registers and implementation tools into a more organised system.
How long will it take to customise the pack?
That depends on the size and complexity of your organisation, how much documentation you already have and how many SIL homes or service arrangements you operate. The pack is intended to remove the blank-page work, but proper review, customisation, approval and implementation still require provider input.
What software do I need to use the editable files?
The editable resources are supplied in common Word and Excel formats where appropriate. You will need compatible document and spreadsheet software to edit those files. Some supporting or reference files may be supplied in other standard formats.
Can I share the pack with my auditor?
You can provide relevant customised organisational documents and evidence to your auditor as part of your audit process. The internal-use licence does not permit you to resell, redistribute or provide the original resource library to another provider or unrelated organisation.
Can two separate provider entities use one purchase?
The standard licence is for the purchasing organisation's internal use. If you operate separate legal provider entities, each entity should have its own licensed copy unless Sky Staff has agreed otherwise in writing.
Can Sky Staff customise the documents for my organisation?
Yes, this can be scoped as a separate paid consulting engagement. We can help you review the pack against your organisation, existing systems, SIL homes and operating model, then support the customisation and implementation work required. The $297 product itself remains a self-serve licence.

Can Sky Staff help us prepare for the certification audit?
Yes. Paid consulting support can include audit-readiness planning, implementation guidance, evidence preparation and working through provider-specific gaps before certification. Your Approved Quality Auditor remains independent and determines the audit outcome.

Can you review the policies and documents we already have?
Yes. If you already have an NDIS document system, Sky Staff can separately scope a paid review or gap-analysis engagement rather than asking you to replace everything. The aim is to identify what can be retained, what needs strengthening and where SIL-specific documentation may be missing.

Can Sky Staff support the wider SIL registration process?
Yes. The document pack is one self-serve component. Sky Staff also offers paid provider consulting for organisations that want more hands-on support with registration planning, documentation, implementation and certification preparation. Scope and pricing depend on what your organisation actually needs.

Can we book 1:1 implementation support after purchasing the pack?
Yes. Purchasing the pack does not lock you into consulting, but if your team later wants help interpreting, customising or implementing the resources, 1:1 paid consulting can be arranged separately.
